Shipping Methods and Times

We currently offer USPS Priority Mail for small orders and UPS for orders over 5lbs in the continental US. Cost will be based upon the dollar amount of your order and will be calculated during checkout. We do not accept foreign orders and can not ship to foreign addresses. All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, most shipments arrive in 3 to 4 business days, but may take longer depending upon your location and product availability.

Returns Policy

Lost products, determined as such by an assigned tracking number confirmation, will be resent within 48 hours of confirmation. Returns must be received within 30 days of the order being shipped. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Please send an email to plateorders@bebetter.net to find out how to package and return your product, and to receive a return authorization.

Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All prices are quoted in US$. Availability is as accurate as possible. Sales Tax

You only need to pay sales tax (6%) if your shipping address is in West Virginia.

Canceling an Order

As soon as you submit a credit card order, we charge your credit card and send the order to our warehouse for shipping. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed online.
